When you request a proposal we process the name, company, email address, phone number you provide, together with the event details (date, headcount, room, layout, catering and other requirements).

We also record technical attribution data (campaign identifiers, referring page) so we can measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

We process the data to prepare a proposal, organise the event and stay in touch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Proposal data is stored for 24 months from our last contact, after which it is deleted. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

We use technical service providers to host the site and deliver transactional email. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and you may object to the processing. You can withdraw consent at any time at reservation@rumbachspace.hu.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
